10% of 15000 = (15000 x 10)/100

10% of 15000 = 1500

Amount after 10% discount on food = 15000 – 1500

Amount after 10% discount on food = 13500 ________ (1)

**17% GST**

17% of 13500 = (13500 x 17)/100

17% of 13500 = 2295 ________ (2)

**Bill after the 17% GST**

Bill after 17% GST = 13500 + 2295 = Rs. 15795

**10% service charges**

10% of 15795 = (15795 x 10)/100

10% of 15795 = 1579.5 ________ (2)

**Total amount**

Total amount that he needed to pay = 13500 + 2295 + 1579.5
