Stringent (adjective)  

قاعدے ضابطے میں سخت، شدید، سخت، مجبور کن

having a very severe effect, or being extremely limiting

Example: The stringent policies of the hospital had tormented her life.

Synonyms: rigid, demanding, inflexible, rigorous, ironclad, brassbound, uncompromising

Antonyms: flexible, calm, easy, facile, amenable

Spur (verb)  

اکسانے والی بات، شروع کرنا، حوصلہ دینا،

to encourage an activity or development Or make it happen faster

Example: The teacher spurred the students to study whole heartedly to achieve good grades.
